Bob Lamvik, CEO / Co-Founder
Bob Lamvik is CEO of Aegis Identity Software and manages with critical concern for customer success assurance, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
As a former Sun Microsystems Vice President, he has many years of experience in Identity Management, with particular attention to software licensing and professional services, and has a keen sense of solution requirements for corporate enterprise, government, and education markets. He has also held executive positions with The Santa Cruz Operation (SCO), AMD, and Embarcadero Technologies.
He has become an influential member of the education industry, with close affiliations to Internet2, InCommon, EDUCAUSE, and CoSN and participates as a speaker and contributor to many events and committees. Bob is also a contributor to and member of the Gartner Research Circle as well as a member of CoSN’s emerging technology advisory committee.
Bob holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences from Oregon State University, and has completed the Executive Finance Program at Stanford University. He is a private pilot, avid golfer, and has extensive international experience traveling over 3 million air miles during his professional career. Bob is on multiple boards and is particularly proud of his board membership role with the Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Project in Denver.
Hadley Evans Jr., Chief Financial Officer
Hadley has vast experience leading, building, directing, and managing finance, accounting, auditing and operations functions. He’s led financial planning and analysis functions and analyzed the financial impacts of business/product line changes or expansions. Assisted in the development and management of the annual budget/SEC reporting and SOX. Interfaced with senior executive management, board of directors and audit committees to discuss plans, findings and provided recommendations to resolve matters. Held finance, accounting and auditing positions of increasing responsibility. Oversaw and managed international finance teams. Implemented enterprise resource planning systems, e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, and Hyperion, etc.
Jim Faut, VP, Technology
Jim is responsible for Aegis Identity’s software development, customer support, and the Trident Center of Excellence. (www.tridentcoe.org)
Jim brings over 15 years of experience specializing in enterprise deployments of identity management, access management, portal, and eCommerce solutions. He is a highly accomplished and versatile software engineer with experience in driving complex application development projects for industry leading organizations. He has demonstrated the ability to engage teams, optimize performance, and deliver next generation products under aggressive timelines. Jim draws on his experience delivering solutions for government, financial, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas verticals. Prior to joining Aegis Identity, he was a Consulting Technical Manager for Oracle’s National Security Group. Mr. Faut received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
Bob Stephens, Director, Partner Enablement
Bob has significant experience in all aspects of technical management. He has a particular value to our AIS efforts thanks to his 12 years experience at Sun Microsystems where he was a proven leader of customer facing technical teams in engineering, technical sales, and services. He has vast experience in building and leading customer success assurance models which align with product and sales strategies/objectives. Bob’s team at Aegis will lead our customer delivery, configuration, and consulting efforts.
Bob’s prior experiences are with Datapoint, Convergent Technologies, 88Open, SCO and Sun. He is based in Sunnyvale, CA
Janet Yarbrough, Director of Business Development
Janet has been with Aegis Identity since its inception in 2011 and is currently the Director of Sales and Business Development. Prior to joining Aegis Identity, she served in executive sales, sales management and sales program development roles for organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, Sequent Computer Systems and American Management Systems. Janet has a BS in Biology from Colorado State University and a MA in Management and Organization Development from the University of Phoenix.

Ralph Armijo, Executive Chairman & Founder
Ralph Armijo brings over thirty years of experience in the technology industry to Aegis Identity. Prior to establishing Aegis Identity, Ralph served as the Chairman of the Board of Navidec and the President of Navidec Technology. which he founded in 1993. At Navidec he raised in excess of 65 million in capital through several public offerings and private placements. Ralph was also the creator of the wholly owned subsidiary, DriveOff.com, which was ultimately sold to Microsoft. Ralph has served as a Director on multiple corporate boards including: Navidec, Inc.; DriveOff.Com; YourAutoChoice.Com,(an Avis Europe/Navidec joint venture) and VSI Holding Inc.
Ralph brings a wealth of knowledge to Aegis Identity from previous employers, such as Tektronix, Inc. where he served in various management roles for twelve years and at IBM Corporation in executive sales and marketing positions.
Ralph received his BA in Economics from Colorado College, an MBA from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Colorado College. In 2001, Ralph was recognized by Ernst and Young as the Rocky Mountain Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology Services. He has also been named as one of The Top 100 Most Influential Hispanic Leaders by The Hispanic Magazine.
Dr. Thomas Autobee, Director
Dr. Autobee has served as a Director of Aegis Identity since February 2012. Dr. Autobee opened his private dental practice in April 1977. He has served on the Wells Fargo Bank community board since 1993 and the Pueblo Board of Water Works since November 2005. He acted as the President of the Pueblo Water Board from 2010 through 2011. Dr. Autobee has served on the Council on Dental Cares Programs for the Colorado Dental Association and the Admissions Committee for the School of Dental Hygiene at Pueblo Vocational College. He was named Diplomat by the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2004 and served as President of southeastern Colorado Dental Society in 1984. Dr. Autobee is a founding member of and actively participates in the Latino Chamber of Commerce where his business was named the Latino Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year in 2007 and he was named the Latino Chamber of Commerce Professional of the Decade in 2010. He is also active in the Cultural Alliance of Pueblo, the Hispanic Education Foundation Scholarship Committee, the Kiwanis Club Youth Services Committee, the Pueblo County Revolving Loan Board, the Pueblo Community College Vocational Education Advisory Board, and Governor Romer’s Minority Business Opportunities Task Force. Dr. Autobee was appointed to Colorado State Fair Commission by Governor Romer in January 1992 and served as Treasurer for Congressman John Salazar from 2006 to 2010. He also served on the Parkview Hospital Board of Directors. Dr. Autobee holds a Bachelor in Biology from Colorado College and in 1977 he received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa, School of Dentistry.

Graham is Managing Director and Founder of Edovate Capital, a seed and early stage investor and adviser to leading technology companies that serve the education market. His passion is empowering entrepreneurs to build companies that can transform education. He believes that education will change more in the next 20 years than it has in the last 1000. His skills and experience are in sales, marketing, and business development management for high-growth education technology companies. He has experience in business to business complex, multi-stage sale and 15+ years of operating experience in high-growth education technology companies and 10+ years of investment experience. Graham’s goals are to continue to develop professionally as an entrepreneur, investor, and adviser.

Craig Newmaker, Director
Mr. Newmaker has served as a Director of Aegis Identity since February 2012. Mr. Newmaker is currently the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Veteran Engineering and Technology, LLC. Mr. Newmaker has worked as a software technical lead and manager for CTA Incorporated, Client/Server Division of Titan Corporation, and Booz-Allen & Hamilton working in the defense, e-commerce, and telecommunications domains. Mr. Newmaker served on active duty in the U.S. Army in a variety of assignments with the Army Signal Corps. Mr. Newmaker has over 19 years of experience in all phases of the software lifecycle including expertise in the following languages and development environments: C/C++, Java, Visual Basic, SQL, Ada, Oracle, FORTRAN, COBOL, Pascal, AWK, UNIX shells, and LISP. Mr. Newmaker holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, graduating in 1989 with academic distinction.

John Vasquez – Director
Mr. Vasquez is the Chairman and Co-founder of Newport Capital Bancorp, LLC and a Director at Aegis Identity since April 2014. Having built strategic and capital plans for financial platforms, he has combined his background and experience to launch a minority-owned company formed for the purpose of recapitalizing banks. Mr. Vasquez has 20 years of experience in the banking and capital markets sectors. By taking his investment experience and partnering with world-class management teams to make equity investments in situations where there is an identifiable opportunity to significantly enhance a company’s value, Mr. Vasquez acts as the “Agent of Change” for value-oriented businesses. He has served on several boards of directors and been approved by the Office of Thrift Supervision for a Thrift Institution Director seat, rebuttal of control and control-related ownership.
